Cara Jones

Cara Jones

Cara grew up in Crieff and attended Morrison’s Academy where she became a keen hockey player and skier. Cara’s main passion, however, was in gymnastics where she would spend most of her evenings and weekends at Auchterarder Gymnastics Club. This led to a variety of injuries which required many hours of physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Cara decided to retire as a gymnast and pursue a career in physiotherapy.

Once she had left school Cara went to Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen to study Physiotherapy and graduated with a BSc Physiotherapy in the summer of 2014. She then moved back to Perth and worked in Perth Royal Infirmary for 2 years. Cara started working with Caledonian Physiotherapy Services in the evenings for a year before having the opportunity to join the practice full time.
